The Connect Programme is here to help YOU!

The Connect Programme offers a unique opportunity to help you understand and manage yourself.

We will:

• listen and talk to you, not at you or about you

• support you to make informed choices

• help you to identify what you want to achieve and how to get there

• help you to believe in yourself

• work with you to reduce risky behaviours

• help you to keep on the right side of the law

• offer a safe and friendly place to be.

We have designed this programme based on our experience of working with young people with ADHD.
