Are you under 12 years of age? Do you have ADHD? Do you live in Liverpool? If so, welcome to your page.

At Liverpool ADHDFoundation we know about ADHD, and we can help you understand and manage it too, in our friendly learning room.

This is what we do:

We will invite your parents to our Skills Building Group - this is where they will learn how to help you at home.

Then it's your turn. Your group runs lasts one hour a week for six weeks. You will meet other children with ADHD.

Together you will look at:

• ADHD as a good thing

• Medication (tablets)

• Organisational skills - how to sort out and plan

• Anger awareness - how to understand and manage your feelings

• Self-control

• Developing your talents.

We help lots of children with ADHD - Come and join in!
